The Process
Initial Meeting
Don’t know where to start? In the initial meeting, you will get to know Karina a little better and she will conduct a detailed needs assessment to determine your specific landscaping needs. Important topics such as patio areas, swimming pools, screening certain views, children’s features, outdoor dining areas, domestic animals, and safety lighting will be some of the many topics considered in his analysis to help formulate the ideal landscape design for you.
Preliminary and finalized designs
In the preliminary design process, Karina will show you a rendition of your future yard so you will begin to visualize how it is taking shape. Important factors like possible materials, colors, design elements and plant selections are determined together at this meeting. Modifications to the landscape design plan may be made at this time.
Design Implementation
At your request, Karina can provide a detailed landscape construction proposal to kickstart the transformation of your new yard. K Associates Design partners closely with trusted, licensed local landscape contractors who will work from your plans to make your vision a reality. Whether you choose to complete the project all at once or in phases, the result will be the yard of your dreams once construction is finished!
